Agar aap insaan ke baare mein jaanne ki koshish karenge toh aap samjhenge ki social networking bahut pehle se har insaan ki zindagi ka ek important hissa raha hai. Hum sabko human being se zyada social being kaha jaa sakta hai jo humesha ek social environment ki khoj mein laga rehta hai. Aaj, humaari yahi jaroorat alag-alag tarah ke social platforms ke creation ka reason bhi hai aur ye ab humaari zindagi ka ek important part ban gaya hai.

Aaj ke date mein ek billion se bhi zyada users ke saath Facebook duniya ka sabse bada social networking website hai.

Iin websites ka intensive use humaare zindagi ka ab ek integral part hai. Ek time tha jab hum iin social media ko bahut casually use kiya karte thhe aur aaj yahi bahut saare logo ke liye trivial aur headache ban gaya hai. Iin websites ko create karne ka main purpose logo ko connect karna tha aur ab yahi websites logo ke beech mein daraar paida karne, social shaming, facts ko misinterpret karne aur health issues ka kaaran bante ja rahe hai.

Social networking site addiction ab ek bahut ordinary topic ban gaya hai. Ye basically, social media ka uncontrollable use hai. Yeh addiction generally chronic users mein dekha jaata hai jo bahut samay tak iin websites ko surf karte rehte hai.

Self-esteem ka basic definition hai ki aap khud ko le kar kaisa feel karte hai. Yeh khud ke mental health aur quality of life ko maintain karne ke liye bahut jaroori hai. Self-esteem apne life mein success haasil karne aur self-motivation ke liye bhi jaroori hai aur jis insaan mein low self-esteem hota hai woh successful nahi ban paata. Low self-esteem se depression, addiction aur eating disorder bhi ho sakta hai.

Social media ne insaano ke kuch behaviors ko pehle se zyada increase kar diya hai, jaise ki, khud ko baar-baar mirror mein dekhna, khud ki awaaz sunna aur khud ke profile ko baar-baar check karna. Ye saare behavior se insaan mein short ya long time period ke liye low self-esteem ho sakta hai. Humesha khud ko doosro se compare karna, khud ka self-evaluation, jealousy, narcissistic behavior aur reality ka galat perception kisi na kisi tareeke se insaan ke self-esteem ko affect karta hai.

Sleeping problems

Sleeping problems jaise poor sleep quality aur low sleep duration social media ke use ke saath-saath zyada samay tak electronic screens ko dekhne se hota hai. Iin screens se jo light emit hota hai woh aapke sleep cycle ko disrupt karta hai jis se humaare body mein melatonin naam ka hormone late se release hota hai. Ye hormone humaare sleep/wake cycle ko control karta hai aur iiske late se release hone ke kaaran aapko neend nahi aata.

Humaare mobile phone ka notification ek aur aisa reason hai jiske alerts, signals ya vibrations ke kaaran aapko neend aane mein problems hoti hai. Sone se pehle notifications, feeds ya emails check karne se aapka brain excite ho jaata hai jis se aapka sleeping pattern alter ho sakta hai.

Doctors ki maane toh har insaan ko kam se kam 7-9 hours har 24  hours mein sona chahiye. Har insaan ko sone se aadhe ghante (30 min) pehle apne phone ka use band kar dena chahiye jo unke sleep quality ko improve karta hai. Neend nahi aane se bahut saare problems ho sakte hai jisme depression, obesity aur school ya office mein mann na lagna bahut common hai.

Kisi bhi insaan ko agar koi social media ki help se hurt ya nuksaan pahuchaata hai toh usse socialbullying kehte hai. Commonly, socialbullying mein kisi ke against humiliating content post karna, kisi ka account hack karna aur kisi ko vulgar content ya messages send karna shaamil hai.

CyberbullyingIis se anxiety, depression, low self-esteem aur self isolation ka risk bahut badh jaata hai. Socialbullying se sleep problems, headaches, tension, fatigue aur poor apetite ke problems bhi ho sakte hai. Drugs, alcohol aur cigarettes ke use ka risk bhi badh jaata hai. Kuch cases mein cyberbullying se violent behavior aur suicidal tendencies bhi develop hone lagti hai.

Social media se break lena, apne account ke privacy settings ko change karna, personal details ko private rakhna aur suspected users ko block karna social bullying se bachne ka effective tareeka maana jaata hai.

Bhale hi ek time log iin websites ko sirf casually use kiya karte thhe, lekin aaj social media ne definitely logo ke communication aur interaction ke style ko bahut hadd tak badal diya hai.
