563BC- 483 BC- Modern science ke aane se hazaaron saal pehle lord Buddha ne ye kaha tha jo kisi bhi insaan ke health, happiness aur peace ke liye bahut jaroori hai.

Iis article mein hum insaan ke overall health pe focus karenge. Toh Buddha ke thought pe waapas aate hai… Kya insaan apna mind control kar ke ek achha health ya sehat ko enjoy kar sakta hai? Kyun nahi!

Bimaari, aaj ke samaaj ki sabse badi problem ban chuki jo kisi na kisi naam se har family mein kisi na kisi ko effect kar chuki hai ya kar rahi hai. Har din koi nayi bimaari insaano ko effect kar raha hai- toh aise mein kya saalon pehle lord Buddha ki sochi hui baat pe hum aaj bhi vishwaas kar sakte hai?

Haan bilkul kar sakte hai!

Chaliye, hum Geeta ke paanchwe (5th) adhyaay mein likha hua updesh se shuruaat karte hai… “Manusaya apne vishwas se nirmit hota hai jaisa wo vishwas karta hai waisa ban jaata hai”.

Iiska matlub hai ki agar humne apne vishwaas ya mind ko control kar liya toh apne body ko har sochi hui shape mein dhal sakte hai aur healthy reh sakte hai.

Aisa aneko example humare duniya mein hai jise science miracle manta hai. Apne soch ya vishwas ki shakti se bahut saare logon ne asadhya bimari se bhi mukti payi hai.

Ab, ‘Placebo Effect’ pe aate hai.

Placebo effect ek aisa procedure hai jisme doctor insaan ko ek nakli medicine deta hai jo ki sirf ek sugar ka tablet ya pills hota hai. Iise insaano ko bina bataaye diya jaata hai taaki woh believe kar le ki woh ek asli medicine le raha hai. Iss sugar tablets ko doctors ne bahut saare insaano pe ajmaaya hai aur paaya ki yeh ek normal medicine ki tarah hi kaam karti hai aur bahut log iss effect se theek bhi hue hai. Aaj bhi doctors placebo effect ka istemaal karte hai aur kai baar toh iska effect normal medicine se bhi jyada hota hai.

Dr Joe Dispenja ki book “You are the Placebo” aaj bhi medicine science ke liye ek mystery hai.

Agar aapne iis series ke peechle articles ko padha hoga toh samajhna bahut aasan hoga ki jab bhi insaan kisi nakli medicine ko real medicine samajhne lagta hai toh attraction ke rule ke according uss insaan ka thought apne jaise bahut saare thought ko attract kar apne source ke pass waapas bhejta hai. Iss se uss insaan ko wahi milta hai jo woh yakin karne lagta hai- yaani ki uska health behtar ho jaata hai.

Ab question ye uthta hai ki apne mind aur vicharoon ko control kaise karein-

1. Apne spiritual health ko improve kar ke

Apne spiritual health ko improve karne ke liye aapko apne spiritual core values jaise ki- “Who am I? What is my purpose? What do I value most?” ko explore karna hoga. Aisa kar aap khud ko life ki unn gahraiyoon mein le jaa paayenge jahan rishton ki deeper value ki samajh aayegi. Iss se aap apne sare nakaratmak habits se dheere-dheere chootkara paane lagenge. Life mein jeene ki importance aur priorities ko samajh jaayenge. Matlub ek focused mind develop kar lenge.

E.g. jab aap swayam se poochenge ki “main kaun hoon” toh ye vichaar jo ki ek sawaal ke form hai baaki saare vicharoon ko maar daalegi. Saath hi yeh har maanyata aur kalpanaao ko bhi nasth kar degi. Aisa regular karne se ek focused mind develop ho jaayega.

2. Disciplined life jeene ki aadat daal kar

Healthy living ke liye self-discipline bahut important hota hai. Apne life ko healthy yaani disciplined rakhne ke liye aapko morning walk jaise habits aur yoga jaise techniques ko regular practice karna hoga. Aisa kar aap apne emotional aur physical tanaav ko apne body aur mind se dur kar paayenge. Tanaav ek negative vichaar se shuru hota hai aur agar is pe control nahi kiya toh waise hi bahut saare vichaar dimaag mein aa jaate hai aur ye depression ka form le lete hai. Aap isse positive thoughts se badal sakte hai aur iske liye meditation bahut helpful hota hai. Yeh jaroori nahi ki sirf morning mein hi meditation kiya jaaye lekin jab bhi aapko time mile lunch break ho ya tea break ya sone se pehle aap meditation kar sakte hai. 5-10 min ka meditation aapke life style ko relax kar dega aur aapka mind free ho jaayega.

Laughter therapy se bhi aap khud ko tanaav mukt rakh sakhte hai. Ye aapke stress hormones ko decrease kar immune cells aur infection-fighting antibodies ko increase kar deta hai jis se aap kisi bhi disease se dur rehte hai. Iis se humaare body mein endorphin bhi release hota hai jo ek natural feel-good chemical hai. Kuch cases mein doctors isse nn patients ko bhi recommend karte hai jo serious disease ya pain disorder se grasit hote hai.

Mind aur vichaaron ko control karne ke baad kya…

Iin upaayon se agar apne mind ya vicharon pe control kar liya toh yakinan aap khud ko bimaari se dur rakh sakte hai. Agar koi gambhir ya jaan leva bimaari hai toh medicine lena samjhdaari hai lekin saath mein ye pata lagana bhi jaroori hai ki aapka mind kya kar raha hai. Maansik chestha medicines ke saath milkar jyada effectively kaam kar sakta hai.

‘Sampurna sawastha’ ek aisi cheez hai jiske baare mein soch kar aur yakin kar ke ki mein bilkul healthy hun, aap healthy reh sakte hai.

Sampurna svaasthya ek poornta ka vichaar hai jiske aahwan karte hi aap brahmand ke saare positive vichaaron ko apni aur attract karte hai aur uun saare negative vichaaron ko apne andar se nikaal dete hai jo maanav jaati ke problems ka kaaran hai. Ye problems- rog, gareebi aur dukh hai. Believe karein ki brahmand ki prachurata ko paane ke liye sirf apne mind ke darwaaze ko kholna hai jisse aap romanch, khooshi, anand aur tamam achhi cheezen feel karenge. Iss se achhi sehat, daulat aur achha swabhaw automatically aa jaayega.

Ye vichaar unn logo ke liye bhi utna hi effective hai jo jaane-anjaane mein choti-moti ya gambhir bimaariyon se grashit ho jaate hai.

Aap brahmand ki prachurata aur apne aantarik shaktiyon ko pehchaane. Sabse pehle apne mind aur vichaaron pe control karein phir medicine ke saath-saath apne dil mein poori aastha aur sachi vishwas ke saath ye baar-baar bolein “mere upchar ke liye dhanyawad”. Dheere-dheere ye aastha aur vishwas yakin mein badal jaayega ki aapka poora upchar ho gaya hai aur purna svaasthya hai. Ye yakin apne jaise hazaaron vichaaron ko attract kar aap tak pahuchaayega aur yakeenan aap svasth ho jaayenge. Aisi hazaroon eg humari duniya mein hai.

Science bhi iis cheez ko manta hai. Humaari sareer mein ek andruni basic programme hai jo kisi bhi bimaari se fight karne ke liye antibody banata hai. Iiske saath hi har ek second aapka body lakho dead cells ko body se baahar nikaal hai aur lakhon nayi cells ko bhi banata hai. Matlub hamaara sareer kuch saal mein complete badal jaata hai.

Phir bimaariyan kyun saalo tak rehti hai?

Har uss cheez ke liye thankful ho jo brahmaand ne aapko diya hai, phir sirf uss cheez ka vichaar karein jo brahmand se aapko chahiye. Yakeenan, jo sareer se lakhon cells bahar ho rahein hai woh aapki negativity ya bimaari hai aur jo naye cells ban rahe hai woh sampurna svaasthya hai.

Phir jab scientific reason se bhi humara sareer kuch saalon mein naya ho jaata hai toh aap uss dhaarna ko bhi apne mind se nikaal dein ki aap old ho rahe hai. Aur apne upar ek ehsaan karein ki apne birthday pe sirf 1 candle jalayeein aur sirf ek aadarsh sareer aur aadarsh health ki bhav rakhein.

Agar aap bahut badhiya mehsoos nahi bhi kar rahe hai aur kisi ne pooch liya ki aap kaisa feel kar rahe hai toh aap uska thankful  ho. Usne aapko good feel karane ke vichar ki bhaav laayi aur sirf aap sirf achha feel karne ki vichaaron ko hi prakat karein.

Aap kisi bimaar aadmi se milne jaate hai toh uski bimaariyon aur problems ke baare mein jyaada baat nahi karein aisa kar aap apni energy bhi uski bimaari se jod dete hai aur yakeenan aap uski help nahi kar rahe hai.

Iiski bajay aap apne conversation ko achhi cheezon ki aur mod dein aur unhe sehatmand tasvir dikhane ke liye sasakt vichaaron ko preshit karein.

Koi bhi bimari lailaaz nahi hoti hai. Kabhi na kabhi har tathakathit lailaaz bimaari ka ilaaz aaya hai. Ye ek aisi duniya hai jahan har din chamatkar hota rehta hai.
